Come celebrate YOU, MAMA, at FIT4MOM Folsom Lake's 7th Birthday!! Join us for a FREE class, where we will showcase the different formats FIT4MOM offers.

Once we are done with class, we will have playgroup activities where the kiddos can participate in story time, explore our sensory activity, compete a craft, or join in the music time!

During this time, we will have we will have a rep from Steve Wallen Swim School to chat with us about their swim safety programs, as well as a visit from a SURPRISE CHARACTER from Enchanted Parties and Events.

PLUS we will raffle off approximately 10 gifts from various local businesses. Earn raffle tickets just by enrolling in class, or purchase more the day of class.

We will also have COFFEE provided by Big Wave Coffee and ICE CREAM for all to enjoy!
